I. Description of Service

Client Responsibility: You (the Client) represent that you have obtained the necessary consent from your customers to be contacted via phone, SMS, or email for appointment reminders and marketing.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Vocal Logic AI against any claims resulting from unauthorized contact with individuals in your database.

III. Payment & Subscriptions

All AI logic, proprietary scripts, and website content are the property of Vocal Logic AI. Clients are granted a limited license to use these tools during their active subscription.

VI. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service for any user who uses the platform for illegal activities, spamming, or harassment.
